At Cutest Couple, we respect your privacy and allow you to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

To delete your account:

  1. Open Cutest Couple.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app or your account, you may request deletion by emailing:

ilove@cutestcouple.app

Please include:

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request – Cutest Couple
  • the email address associated with your account;
  • your platform: Android or iOS;
  • any other information that may help us identify your account, such as your display name.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What will be deleted

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize, as applicable:

  • your Cutest Couple account;
  • your email address, display name and profile information;
  • your partner connection;
  • tasks, habits, wishes, rewards and progress;
  • personality-test answers and results;
  • notes, messages, shared media and other content associated with your account;
  • other personal data associated with your account.

Some limited information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement of our agreements.

Data may also remain temporarily in secure backups before being deleted through our normal backup-retention process.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Cutest Couple account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Processing

We begin processing deletion requests after your identity has been verified.

Once completed, your account and associated data cannot be restored.
